De Select everything
Save as frame 1
Go back to PSP and hit the undo button until just the selection is surround by the “dancing ants”
Go back to animation shop and select the second frame of the snow
Go to PSP and paste as a new image
Repeat this step a total of 10 times, so you have 10 frames for your tag.
Once completed, go to animation shop and open your animation wizard
Select the speed as 10 and press play
If you are happy with the speed, save and you are done!
