Access to downloads

Log In, then My Account in the header.

How many times and for how long can I download my order?

The order will be available for seven days, and you can download it five times.

I am on dial up, what do I do?

If you are having trouble downloading a file due to its size, then please contact me here.

Error messages

When downloading freebies this error message will show in step 2 under Payment Method

Sorry, we are not accepting payments from your region at this time.
Please contact us for alternate arrangements.

Just ignore this message and push the Continue Checkout button.

Not receving an e-mail notification after a buy

We are working on fixing this problem. At the moment though, you will have to access your order either via the link in the Paypal notification or via the My Account in the header of the store.

Why does it take so long for you to answer my e-mail?

That is caused mainly by two things, one the shop is a one-woman-show and I am not in a position, where I can monitor the mail accounts all day long. Secondly delays can be caused by different time zones. I will answer you as soon as possible! :)
